Key Responsibilities:
– Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of Fibre and breaks as well as installations and civils.
– Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
– Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
– Help manage inventory of parts and supplies.
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
– Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications:
– Matric
– Driving licence
– Basic understanding of Fibre
– Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
