Installations Team Leaders are accountable and responsible for all the installation teams daily activities, this includes time management, assignments, quality assurance, effectiveness, ensure all teams comply with the Britelink installation standards, daily reporting and reporting on escalations of non-compliance by the installation technicians.


Execute high quality installations in accordance to installation standards

  • All Jobs scheduled for date of installation must be completed
  • Discuss installation requirements /route with customer prior to starting installation jobs
  • Walk through with customer to assess quality of installation


  • Log into Installations App and view scheduled Installations for the day
  • Stock management
  • Update Health and safety file
  • Handle Communications
  • Provide reports on Assistants’ adherence to work schedule and performance

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Driver’s license (Valid for minimum 2 Years)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Fibre, call centre or customer relations environment
  • MS Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet
