POSITION STATEMENT

The person must report to the Maintenance Planning Manager for technical admin work from on-site audits received by Operations.

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAs

  • Accessing WhatsApp messages, MS Outlook email messages and updating the GIS dashboards
  • Record on ArcGIS and splicing MS Excel spreadsheets.
  • Closely monitor requests that require planning information on-site
  • Ensure the filing and downloading of information from clients’ drives are the accurate revisions.
  • interpret high level plans, splicing instructions and block plans.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12.
  • Post Matric Qualification in Urban and regional Planning (Advantageous).
  • Microsoft and web-based packages computer literacy.
  • At least two years’ experience in FTTH or maintenance planning.
  • Valid driver’s license.
