MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

Make telephonic, scheduled bookings with clients who have completed an application for optic fibre to be installed at their premises.

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate or diploma in business administration will be advantageous
  • At least 3 years in call centre or customer relations environment
  • MS Office, Excel skills, Word, Email and internet
